About
Florian Ausfelder works since at the Research and Project Coordination Group at DECHEMA e.V.. He heads the „Energy & Climate“ team.
He is in charge of national and international research projects in the areas of energy storage, energy efficiency, carbon capture and utilisation (CCU), power-to-X technologies, flexibility of industrial processes. He is a co-author of various studies on the transformation of the chemical industry and is responsible for the roadmapping activity within theP2X Kopernikus project.
Within ESYS, he is currently involved in the working group „Hydrogen Economy 2030“. He also supported the coordination of the working groups „Energy system interactions“ and „Sectorcoupling“.
